Loft Boarding Pros
Bristol loft specialist offering spray foam removal for stuck sales and remortgages, with fixed quotes after a survey.
About Loft Boarding Pros
Loft Boarding Pros is a Bristol loft specialist that offers spray foam removal for homeowners whose sale or remortgage has stalled. Its spray foam service is designed around what mortgage lenders and RICS surveyors look for.
The team removes the foam mechanically from the rafters and roof structure, bags it and disposes of it legally, and leaves the loft clean and ready for re-insulation if you want it. It issues a certificate of the work carried out, with photographs, for your surveyor or solicitor.
Surveys are free and quotes are fixed. As a loft boarding firm, it may also be able to help if you want your loft boarded once the foam is gone.
