About Toptile Roofing Specialists Ltd
Toptile Roofing Specialists Ltd is a firm of roofers based in Plymouth, with 30 years of roofing experience. It offers spray foam insulation removal across a 40-mile radius, covering Plymouth, the South Hams, West Devon and East Cornwall.
As roofers, the team approaches removal with the roof's long-term health in mind. After clearing the foam from the loft and roof timbers, it reinstates the loft space. It states that it holds public liability insurance.
Its website doesn't set out the paperwork it provides after removal, so ask for a completion report with photos if you need one for a lender.
